Christine Wyly has been a resident of Amarillo since 1973. She left a public accounting career in 2004 to become a Realtor, licensed in the state of Texas, specializing in residential real estate for buyers and sellers. Her business philosophies are guided by the principles of a strong lifelong work ethic, and natural ability and sincere desire to take care of people.
She is a parent of two daughters and has six grandchildren. Christine is a member of the Amarillo Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Associated Home Brokers, Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, and the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Women"s Council. She serves on Board of Directors of the Amarillo Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service Committee, and the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Amarillo Association of Realtors. She previously served on the Community Outreach Committee of the Amarillo Association of Realtors, and served on the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Women's Council Steering Committee. She is currently serving on the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce City Beautification Committee.
Christine writes about historic Amarillo neighborhoods and regional history; her articles have been published in various magazines and websites. She authored the book "Amarillo's Historic Wolflin District" - The book is included in Arcadia Publishing's "Images of America Series" and is available at Amazon.com and the Arcadia Publishing website, as well as Barnes and Noble and Hastings. Her latest work is as the author of the book, "Faces, Places, and Open Spaces" in conjunction with the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and in partnership with photographer Ralph Duke. The publisher, Historical Publishing Network plans to release the book in February of 2012.
